Gather information
For each borrower please gather the following:
- Full name, social security number, and birth date
- Current physical and mailing address
- Best contact phone number, including area code
- E-mail address
- Current employment information - employer's phone number, position/title, gross income
- Depending on the length of current employment you may need to provide information about previous employment
- Documentation to support sources of income
- Financial institution account information
- Credit card, auto loan, and personal loan information
If purchasing a property you will also need the following:
- The address of the property, including city, county and state
- Estimated annual property taxes
- Estimated closing date
- If you have an accepted contract with a seller, contact a mortgage originator today!
If refinancing a property you will also need:
- Current loan information including the mortgage company name and contact information
